About Kidz Oscar

OSCAR programmes aim to meet the needs of children during out of school hours in a safe and fun environment. OSCAR can enhance a child's social, emotional, physical, creative, cultural and academic development through a variety of age appropriate activities before and after school.

The About Kidz CYF approved OSCAR programmes enable parents to work or study for the hours that they desire whilst offering peace of mind, for their children are in a safe environment.

This site incorporates a number of features that were specifically customised for this project.  The event calendar allows a record of upcoming events, but also allows for 'Special Events' to be featured in a dedicated box on the front page, along with a countdown to the event.  The Image Galley was modified to be more interactive and engaging for a child focused site. This included scattering the images across the page and allowing users to drag them around like photos on a table.  About Kidz Oscar operates out of a number of locations and these are configurable by the customer directly with automated map generation provided through Tumbili's integration with Google. Our graphic design team worked together with About Kidz to create a colour scheme that embodied a fun, child friendly environment and provided them with a fantastic new logo.
